THE RESTORATION PROCESS

CONDITION DOCUMENTATION
Every component is photographed, catalogued, and measured. We map the history and mechanical health of the bike before a single bolt is turned.

ORGANIZED DISASSEMBLY
Systematic teardown where hardware is labeled and stored. Parts are sorted into restore, replace, or repair categories.

FRAME, FORK & WHEELS
Structural integrity is verified. Frames are checked for straightness, wheels are laced and trued, and forks are rebuilt to factory specs.

CORROSION MANAGEMENT
Steel is treated, rust is neutralized, and surfaces are prepared using media blasting or chemical stripping to reveal clean metal.

SHEET METAL & TANKS
Dents are worked out, tanks are lined, and fenders are shaped to ensure a perfect flow and fitment before finish.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
Complete powertrain overhaul using high-quality internal components. Crankcases are scrubbed, heads are ported, and shifting is refined.

CARBURETOR & EFI
Fuel systems are rebuilt for crisp response. We dial in carburetors or calibrate modern EFI systems for the specific powertrain build.
