CHASSIS & FRAME WORK
We specialize in full rigid-frame repair and custom chassis modifications for American V-twins. Our work includes precisely aligned neck rakes, hardtail conversions, and the fabrication of custom tabs, gussets, crossmembers, and motor-mount brackets that ensure structural integrity and proper motor alignment.
TANKS & SHEET METAL
Custom fuel and oil tanks are shaped from steel or aluminum to match the bike's silhouette. We fabricate one-off fenders, seat pans, side covers, and bag fillers that integrate seamlessly. For restoration projects, we offer vintage-part recreation, matching the gauge and form of original components with modern precision.
CONTROLS & MOUNTS
Hand-built handlebars and risers tailored to your reach and style. We fabricate discreet battery and electrical trays, along with custom mounts for lights, gauges, and license plates that eliminate catalog-bracket clutter while maintaining service access.
EXHAUST & PROTECTION
One-off exhaust systems designed for flow and aesthetics, including classic fishtails, custom hangers, and hand-formed heat shields. Every system is mock-fit for optimal ground clearance and passenger protection without compromising the lean-angle of the machine.

Welding & Geometry
We choose TIG welding for critical chassis points and cosmetic sheet metal to ensure maximum strength and minimal distortion. MIG is utilized for heavier structural plates where appropriate. Every build begins with precision templates to confirm clearance and service access.
Mockup & Fitment
The raw-metal mockup is the most vital stage. We assemble the entire project in its unpainted state to verify fitment and stance. This allows us to address fitment or serviceability issues before they become permanent during the finishing stage.
Inspection & Finish
Before teardown for final finish, every component undergoes a final inspection for weld integrity and material thickness. Once confirmed, parts move to their prescribed finish—be it show-quality chrome, aged steel, or custom paint.
